Job Description

Core Responsibilities: Manage daily operational tickets, perform manual catalogue and content audits following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), resolve listing exceptions, validate product attributes, and track metrics to meet productivity and quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Basic Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in any discipline, fluent written and verbal English communication skills, strong data focus, and basic familiarity with MS Office and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior background in back-office data operations, customer service, e-commerce retail, or foundational knowledge of data management tools
