Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of telecallers in the collections domain. The ideal candidate will ensure daily targets are met, maintain compliance with company policies, and foster a respectful, performance-driven work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.

• Monitor call quality, productivity, and adherence to scripts and compliance protocols.

• Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

• Handle escalations and resolve customer disputes professionally.

• Maintain accurate MIS reports and share updates with management.

• Enforce discipline, attendance, and code of conduct within the team.

• Coordinate with HR for onboarding, leave approvals, and incentive tracking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or telecalling.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication in English and regional languages.

• Familiarity with recovery protocols, compliance norms, and call center tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
