Voice Process Executive
Location : Electronic city
Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office
Process: Domestic / International Voice Process
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- Update customer information and call details in CRM/system.
- Meet quality, productivity and customer-service targets.
- Follow company policies, SOPs and process guidelines.
- Handle difficult/irate customers professionally.
- Maintain proper attendance and shift adherence.
Required Skills:
- Good English verbal communication.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts/week-offs.
