Job Description:

Dhruv Tax Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for detail-oriented and motivated candidates to join our team for a non-voice backend process. The role involves reviewing client documents, processing information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting U.S. tax-related operations. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process client information and supporting documents.
• Accurately enter, verify, and maintain data in internal systems.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Assist with U.S. tax-related backend processes as per company guidelines.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and coordinate with the relevant team for clarification.
• Maintain proper documentation and client records.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and Managers when required.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / MBA or equivalent qualification.
• Good written English and basic communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, or taxation is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
• Willingness to learn U.S. tax processes and company-specific procedures.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
