Job Description
This opening is strictly for experienced real estate professionals. Freshers and candidates with experience only in other industries will not be considered for this role.
• Call new enquiries and reconnect with existing leads.
• Understand the client’s property type, preferred location, budget, purpose and moving timeline.
• Search our property database and share suitable options with accurate details.
• Contact owners to source properties and confirm availability, rent and terms.
• Schedule property visits and coordinate with clients, owners and the field team.
• Follow up after visits, understand feedback and address objections.
• Explain brokerage clearly and support negotiations and closures.
• Update client requirements, call outcomes, status and next follow-up in the CRM.
• Record reasons for lost enquiries and flag missing inventory promptly.
• Submit brief opening and end-of-day reports.
