Academic Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Academic Counselor to connect with students, explain our courses, arrange office visits, and convert interested students into enrollments.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact student leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand students' educational backgrounds and career goals.
• Explain courses, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Convince interested students to visit the office for counseling.
• Follow up with students to confirm office visits.
• Contact students after their office visit and resolve basic queries.
• Handle objections and convert interested students into paid enrollments.
• Explain the admission and payment process.
• Update lead details in CRM or Google Sheets.
• Maintain daily reports and achieve admission targets.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Academic Counseling, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle student queries and close enrollments.
• Basic knowledge of CRM or Google Sheets.
