Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing payroll, employee induction and joining formalities, attendance and leave management, employee documentation, HR administration, and employee lifecycle activities. Coordinate with operations and site teams for manpower deployment, employee concerns, and HR requirements across client sites. Support PF, ESI and other statutory processes, maintain accurate HR records and reports, and ensure timely completion of HR processes as per company policies and procedures.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Payroll & Attendance Management
- Good understanding of Employee Joining & Induction
- Knowledge of HR Documentation and Employee Records
- Good coordination with Facility Managers and Site Supervisors
- Knowledge of PF, ESI and basic statutory compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel and HRMS knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple sites and large blue-collar workforces
- Good problem-solving and employee-handling skills
