Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle recruitment, sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation and induction.
  • Maintain attendance, leave and employee records.
  • Support payroll inputs, salary processing and HR MIS.
  • Handle employee grievances and day-to-day HR activities.
  • Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain HR documentation and prepare daily/monthly HR reports.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Support general HR administration and employee welfare activities.
  • Desired SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR software.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing/factory environment.
