Job Description
HR RECRUITER
1. Design and implement job descriptions in accordance with management guidelines.
2 Write and post job descriptions, actively engaging with prospective candidates across various hiring and social media portals.
3. Screen resumes, shortlist potential candidates, and schedule interviews.
4. Handle salary negotiations and manage the completion of the entire recruitment process.
5. Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in workforce hiring for projects.
Minimum Qualification: Any bachelor's degree.
