HR & SALES PERFORMANCE EXECUTIVEAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR & Sales Performance Executive to manage recruitment and drive the daily performance of our telesales team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with people, setting targets, following up with employees, identifying performance gaps, and ensuring the team consistently achieves its sales goals.

Salary: ₹22,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Filter and shortlist candidates for telesales positions.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring.
• Handle basic joining and employee documentation.

Sales Performance Management

• Set and communicate daily targets for telesales employees.
• Track daily calls, follow-ups, orders, conversions and revenue.
• Monitor individual employee performance throughout the day.
• Follow up with employees who are behind their targets.
• Identify low-performing employees and take corrective action.
• Motivate and push the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Identify training requirements and coordinate basic sales coaching.

Reporting & Team Coordination

• Prepare daily and weekly employee performance reports.
• Share performance updates with management.
• Track attendance, productivity and target achievement.
• Coordinate with management regarding employee performance, hiring and staffing requirements.
• Requirements2–4 years of experience in Telesales, Team Handling, Recruitment or HR.
• Experience managing or monitoring a sales team is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up and people-management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-performance environment.
• Ability to identify performance problems and take action.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Telugu, Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
