Job Description

HR Recruiter

Salary: 20k-25k


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
  • Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining details with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Generate and share candidate profiles with clients.
  • Follow up on interview feedback and candidate status.
  • Manage offer, joining, and documentation follow-ups.
  • Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines
