Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities:

50% – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, mainly for field and operational positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, local hiring, walk-ins, etc.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage offer, joining follow-up and candidate documentation.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding/exit formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.
• Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.

50% – HR Operations & Employee Management

• Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee queries.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality and workplace discipline.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll inputs, HR MIS and other routine HR activities.
• Plan and conduct employee engagement activities, celebrations, events and team-building initiatives.
• Support employee grievance handling and HR communication.
• Coordinate with employees, managers and other departments for HR requirements.
• Support general HR & administration activities as required.

Office Timings:

Time : 09:30AM to 06:30PM

Working day : 6 Days working

Weekly off : Sunday (Fixed)
