About GreenSewGreenSew Infratech is a growing engineering company specialising in wastewater treatment, with plans to significantly expand its manufacturing, engineering and project operations.

As we grow, our strategy is to build talent rather than depend entirely on experienced manpower. We intend to recruit young engineers and continuously train and develop them into capable professionals.

The RoleWe are looking for an energetic HR & Talent Development Manager who will build and manage this talent pipeline.

This is not a conventional HR administration role.

Your primary responsibility will be:

Recruit → Select → Induct → Train → Develop → Retain

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit fresh engineering graduates, trainees, supervisors and other manpower required for our growth.
• Build relationships with engineering colleges and placement departments.
• Develop and manage our Graduate Engineer Trainee / Fresher Development Programme.
• Create structured induction, training, assessment and career-development programmes.
• Track employee performance, skill development and retention.
• Conduct employee engagement and feedback programmes.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, campus recruitment, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Work closely with management and functional heads on manpower planning.
• Establish basic HR systems, policies, records and performance-management processes.
• Help build GreenSew's reputation as a good career destination for young engineers.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

• 28–35 years, preferably female.
• A graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, EPC, infrastructure or other industrial sectors.
• Strong in recruitment, especially freshers and young professionals.
• An excellent communicator and people person.
• Empathetic but firm.
• Energetic, organised and persistent.
• Comfortable visiting colleges, interacting with young engineers and spending time in a factory/project environment.
• Someone who enjoys building systems and developing people, rather than only managing HR administration.

CompensationCTC: ₹5.0–5.5 LPA

• Monthly take-home: approximately ₹30,000–₹35,000
• Half-yearly performance bonus: up to 10% of annual fixed salary.
• Annual performance bonus: up to 10%, linked to company and team performance. Actual payout may typically be 5–6% depending on performance.
