Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our presence in the agricultural sector. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with dealers and farmers, and manage the end-to-end sales process. You will be responsible for market research, product demonstrations, and achieving regional sales targets to help modernize farming practices.

Note:

We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) for a Remote/Work-from-Home role across India for FEMALE(Candidate should be married and have at least 5 year child) candidates . Candidates must be proficient in TELUGU, with a good English.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research market trends and find potential customers through cold calls, digital platforms, and events.

Sales & Relationships: Sell equipment solutions to distributors and dealers while providing excellent after-sales support.

Dealer Management: Identify and onboard new partners, providing them with product training and sales support.

Strategy & Reporting : Create regional sales plans and provide regular performance reports and market feedback to management.

Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade shows and agri-events to promote the brand and stay updated on new technologies.

Mandatory Requirements:

Education: Any Graduate Degree.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience (any industry).

Tools: Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and basic MS Office/CRM skills.
