Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Actively seek and acquire new customers through targeted sales strategies online/offline.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Stay informed about the Company’s housing finance products and convey their benefits effectively 

to potential clients.

4. Build relationships with Builders/Developers and get individual business from the customers 

purchasing flats in projects being developed by these builders.

5. Explore new markets where business can be expanded (e.g., Affordable Housing) and ensure that the 

Company’s share of the housing finance business from these new markets increases.
