Digital & Social Media Management: Oversee the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, and the store's website, managing high-end visual content, product catalogs, reels, and paid ad funnels (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

In-Store & Event Promotions: Conceptualize and coordinate store launches, designer trunk shows, gemstone exhibitions, and festive promotional offers to attract high-net-worth walk-ins

Collateral & Visual Coordination: Partner with designers, photographers, and creative agencies to produce lookbooks, digital catalogs, video campaigns, and window-display marketing materials that align with luxury or regional aesthetic standards

Market & Competitor Research: Track local and regional competitor pricing, consumer gold/diamond buying trends, cultural preferences, and shifts in luxury retail

CRM & Customer Retention: Work closely with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team to manage loyalty programs, execute personalized WhatsApp/email marketing campaigns, and re-engage past bridal or festival buyers

Analytics & Budgeting: Monitor marketing spend and return on investment (ROI), track store footfall trends against campaign launch dates, and present regular performance reports to senior management
