Job Title: Team Leader – Tele Sales

Location: Jubilee Hills, Road No. 70, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Work Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader – Tele Sales to manage and monitor our Telecalling and Telesales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Telecallers and Telesales Executives.
• Monitor the team’s daily performance, productivity, and targets.
• Allocate leads and ensure proper follow-up with customers.
• Track daily calls, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to team members.
• Motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and support.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly team performance reports.
• Coordinate with management regarding team performance and requirements.
• Ensure proper discipline, attendance, and work processes within the team.
• Requirements2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, or a similar sales environment.
• Strong communication and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of telesales and customer handling.
• Ability to monitor and manage multiple team members effectively.
• Target-oriented and responsible approach.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is preferred.
• Telugu and basic English communication skills are preferred.
