Senior Accountant

We are seeking an 3+ Year experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee our manufacturing businesses day-to-day accounting operations, monthly statutory filings, banking documentation, and annual audit processes. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Tally Software and a strong grasp of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and banking facilities (CC loans/Term loans).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations

• Daily Accounting OperationsSoftware Proficiency: Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Software.
• Core Accounting: Handle day-to-day accounts activities including processing Purchase bills, generating Sales bills, and creating E-way bills.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain regular Stock updates.
• Banking: Perform regular Daily Bank entries and updates.

2. Monthly Financial & Compliance Duties

Statutory Compliance & Filings:

• File monthly TDS / TCS filings.
• Prepare and submit GST filings (including GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation).
• Manage monthly ESI / PF filings and compliance.

Payroll & Interest:

• Calculate monthly Interest calculations.
• Prepare and disburse Salary slips for employees.
• Banking & Credit Facilities:
• Execute monthly Bank work and process Bank Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
• Manage relationships and documentation for Term Loans and Cash Credit (CC) Loans.

Ledger Management & Receivables/Payables:

• Manage Sundry Creditors (Accounts Payable) and ensure timely payments.
• Manage Sundry Debtors (Accounts Receivable) and follow up on payment receipts.

3. Yearly Financial Closing & Audit Activities

• Audit Preparation: Lead and manage end-to-end Yearly Audits and complete all requisite Paperwork.
• Financial Statements: Perform year-end Account Closing (A/C Closing) activities.

Key Qualifications & Skills

-Mastery of Tally Software (Tally Prime / ERP 9) and MS Excel.

-Hands-on experience with GST returns (3B/2B), TDS/TCS, and PF/ESI compliance.

-Strong working experience with Bank LCs, CC Loans, and Term Loans.

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or related finance fields.

-Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or Lead Accountant handling full-charge accounting in any Factory/ manufacture company or setup
