Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with marketing-generated leads.
- Explain residential projects, apartment configurations, amenities, floor plans, and pricing.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, bookings, and documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Candidate Requirements1–3+ years of experience in real estate sales, residential apartments, or open plots.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in Telugu and English.
- Must have a two-wheeler for local travel and site visits.
- Strong customer-handling skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Immediate joining preferred.
