Social Media Expert:

The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to develop strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and creatives.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience behavior.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and marketing teams.
• Run and optimize social media advertising campaigns when required.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and conversions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain the brand’s online reputation.
• Experiment with new content formats and strategies to improve engagement and growth.

kills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Understanding of paid social media campaigns and audience targeting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of video editing tools and AI-powered content creation tools is an advantage.
