Telecaller

Job Summary

Star Flyers Aviation Academy is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with prospective students, explain our aviation training programs, generate admission enquiries, and schedule counselling sessions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into walk-ins and admissions.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the leads provided by the academy.
2. Explain the academy's courses, including Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, and Aviation & Hospitality training programs.
3. Understand student career goals and provide basic information about suitable courses.
4. Follow up with interested students regularly to encourage campus visits and admissions.
5. Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with the reception team and counsellors.
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
7. Categorize leads as HOT, WARM, or COLD based on the student's interest and readiness to join.
8. Ensure timely follow-ups on pending enquiries and missed calls.
9. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets, walk-in targets, and admission-related performance goals.
10. Share accurate information regarding course fees, duration, eligibility, placement assistance, and admission procedures.
11. Build professional relationships with students and parents and maintain a positive image of the academy.
12. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth lead handovers and timely follow-ups.
13. Maintain professional calling etiquette and adhere to academy policies, scripts, and standard operating procedures.
14. Submit daily call reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
15. Handle student queries politely and escalate complex questions or complaints to the concerned team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th pass); graduation is preferred.
• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, customer service, or education counselling is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Good convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and work toward targets.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of calls made per day.
• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Number of follow-ups completed on time.
• Number of campus visits and counselling appointments scheduled.
