Experienced Telecaller – Real Estate & Social Media Marketing

Job Type: Full-Time, Work From Office

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience and skills)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Telecaller to join our real estate team in Hyderabad. The candidate should have good communication skills, experience in customer calling and follow-ups, and basic knowledge of social media marketing.

The role involves contacting prospective customers, generating qualified leads, promoting real estate projects, and coordinating site visits for our plots, farmland and farmhouse projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Lead Generation

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.

* Explain property details, pricing, location, amenities and investment benefits.

* Understand customer requirements, budget and purchasing intentions.

* Follow up regularly with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.

* Generate qualified leads and schedule property site visits.

* Maintain daily call records, customer information and follow-up status.

* Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and sales.

2. Basic Social Media Marketing

* Have basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business.

* Share property photos, videos, brochures and promotional content on social media.

* Respond to customer enquiries received through social media and WhatsApp.

* Assist with posting property updates, reels and project promotional content.

* Maintain and follow up on leads received through digital marketing campaigns.

* Basic knowledge of Facebook and Instagram lead-generation ads is an added advantage.

3. Customer Relationship Management

* Maintain a professional relationship with prospective buyers.

* Update lead details in Excel, Google Sheets or CRM software.

* Provide timely updates to the sales manager.

* Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation and site-visit targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate.

* Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and basic English.

* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, WhatsApp Web and Google Sheets.

* Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business.

* Confident in handling customer objections and follow-up calls.

* Positive attitude, convincing skills and a target-oriented mindset.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.

Preferred Candidates

* Candidates with previous experience in real estate projects, open plots, farmland or farmhouse sales.

* Candidates familiar with Hyderabad property locations and customer requirements.

* Candidates with experience handling Facebook and Instagram leads.
