We work with clients across India and internationally.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident, well-spoken telecaller who can work from home for 4 focused hours a day. You will contact businesses, introduce our services and products, find interested prospects, and set up meetings or demos for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business leads from lists we provide (target: [60–80] calls per shift)
- Explain CodeFacts services and AyPaSa products in simple, clear language
- Find out what the prospect needs and whether they are a good fit
- Book meetings, demos, or follow-up calls for the sales team
- Follow up with warm leads by phone and WhatsApp
- Record call outcomes, notes, and next steps in our CRM or tracking sheet
- Share a short daily report of calls made, conversations held, and meetings booked
- English / Hindi / Telugu / Marathi / Kannada / Tamil Languages preferrable
