Job Description

Key Responsibilities


* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.  

* Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital platforms, and referrals.  

* Explain project details, pricing, and offers.  

* Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.  

* Follow up consistently with prospects to support conversions.  

* Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.  

* Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.  

* Maintain call records and daily activity reports.  


Skills & Requirements


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.  

* Basic real estate knowledge preferred.  

* Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.  

* Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.  

* Languages: Telugu, English, and Hindi.  


Qualification:

Any graduate; an MBA is an added advantage.


Key Performance Indicators:

* Daily call volume.  

* Leads generated and qualified.  

* Site visits scheduled.  

* Lead-to-booking conversion rate.  

* Timely and effective follow-ups.
