Job Description

Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive billing and retail targets for accessories and merchandise on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, handle forecasting, and prevent dead stock or obsolescence through proper dealer or store coordination.

Merchandising & Presentation: Ensure attractive displays, show books, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and product demos across all customer touchpoints.

Team Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for sales and service staff to boost product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer presentation skills.

Strategy & Partner Engagement: Build relationships with distributors or retail partners, implement incentive schemes, and identify new business opportunities
