Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accounts & Taxation Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Wings & Tally/ERP.
2. Handle purchase, sales, journal, payment and receipt entries.
3. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
4. Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers and books of accounts.
5. Handle GST reconciliation, credit notes, debit notes and e-invoicing.
6. Prepare and file TDS returns.
7. Verify TDS deductions, challans and Form 26AS/AIS reconciliation.
8. Maintain bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
9. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
10. Assist in preparation of financial statements and balance sheets.
11. Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.
12. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
13. Handle vendor and customer balance confirmations.
14. Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Practical experience in Wings & Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Knowledge of GST portal and Income Tax portal.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage accounting records independently.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

1–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation.
