Accountant – Job DescriptionPosition: Accountant

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Construction / Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain purchase, sales, expense and payment records.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of accounting records.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software
• MS Excel and MS Office
• Knowledge of GST & TDS
• Bank reconciliation
• Invoice and payment processing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or relevant qualification preferred.
