Accounts Executive

Position Summary-

The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day financial operations, statutory compliance, and reporting. The role requires expertise in bookkeeping, GST, ITR, TDS, and Tally ERP to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting audits. The role demands precision, accountability, and strong knowledge of taxation and accounting systems.

· Key Responsibilities -

Bookkeeping: Maintain ledgers, journals, and daily financial entries.

GST Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, reconcile input/output credits.

Income Tax Returns: Assist in preparing and filing ITR for individuals and businesses.

TDS Management: Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns accurately.

Financial Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements.

Audit Support: Provide documentation and support statutory/internal audits.

Software Usage: Manage entries, reconciliations, and reporting in Tally ERP.

Compliance Tracking: Ensure timely filing of returns and adherence to financial regulations.

· Required Skills-

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

2–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, taxation, and compliance.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

Strong knowledge of GST, ITR, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

· Preferred Skills -

Experience in corporate compliance and payroll processing (PF/ESI).

Familiarity with accounting standards and audit preparation.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple accounts.
