Job Title: AI Business Analyst

Locations: Hyderabad, India | Hybrid

What You Will Get to Do:

• Map and evaluate operational workflows across internal business units to isolate high-value automation

• targets.

• Deconstruct manual desk procedures into explicit process maps, technical data flow diagrams, and decision

• matrices.

• Define strict business requirements, exception pathways, and validation rules for trade breaking, reconciliation,

• and reporting processes.

• Work closely with AI Engineers to verify that automated systems accurately apply business rules and logic.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational review cycles, and Human-In-The-Loop review

• interfaces.

• Calculate operational baselines and measure post-implementation efficiency gains to validate initial project

• business cases.

What You Will Bring:

• 5 – 8 years as a Business Analyst within Financial Operations, FinTech, or Enterprise Automation programs.

• Demonstrated skill in process modeling standards (BPMN, UML) and detailed functional specification writing.

• Strong working knowledge of core financial products, back-office processing workflows, and trade management lifecycles.

• Practical understanding of AI automation capabilities, data extraction limitations, and operational risk controls.

• Proficiency in SQL for independent database querying and operational data analysis.
