Job Description Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage patient oriented program (POP). Responsible to ensure compliance in POP end to end activities as per the applicable process and quality standards. Liaison with the cross functional team for successful execution of POP.

• Key Responsibilities :

  • Gather requirements and develop detailed project plans and resource estimates.

  • Anticipate resource gaps and business conflicts proactively.

  • Act as the primary interface between global, regional, and local brand teams.

  • Lead project delivery while ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are met.

  • Drive high-quality, efficient deliverables across multiple projects.

  • Manage and develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration and best practice sharing.

  • Provide guidance on commercial process training and reporting standardization.

  • Ensure timely reporting of technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios.

  • Support marketing sample distribution where applicable.

  Essential requirements:

  • Accuracy and quality of forecast assumptions.

  • Strong customer satisfaction outcomes.

  • Effective management of multiple stakeholders and projects.
