ANCHOR & PROMOTER – JOB DESCRIPTION

### Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and creative **Anchor & Promoter** to represent brands, engage audiences, and create an exciting atmosphere during promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.

### Key Responsibilities

* Host and anchor promotional events, campaigns, and brand activities.

* Engage with audiences through interactive conversations, games, and activities.

* Promote products, services, offers, and brand messages professionally.

* Deliver clear and engaging announcements and presentations.

* Interact with customers and create a positive brand experience.

* Represent the brand confidently at events, colleges, malls, exhibitions, and public promotions.

* Coordinate with the marketing and event teams during campaigns.

* Encourage audience participation and generate leads when requir uped.

* Create short promotional content for social media when needed.

* Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the brand.

### Required Skills

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Confident public-speaking ability.

* Energetic and engaging personality.

* Good Telugu and English communication; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.

* Ability to interact comfortably with different types of audiences.

* Creativity and quick thinking.

* Basic understanding of marketing and promotions.

* Teamwork and time-management skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Any degree or equivalent qualification.

* Previous experience in anchoring, promotions, events, sales, media, or content creation is preferred.

* Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills are also welcome.
