This position is for HERO Org, the team is seeking a delivery-oriented Associate with 6 Months+ experience to join our Team. This role will focus on Loops Scheduling and other recruiting related back-end activities.Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our HERO organization. HERO Org supports Amazon Talent Acquisition organizations with Scheduling activities and recruiting coordination, globally.
Responsibilities include:
· Handle high volume transactions of scheduling in nature and other assignments in alignment with standard operating procedures.
· Come up with process improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement/Lean projects.
. Maintaining highest quality and improving customer experience.
· Address customers’ queries in a timely manner.
· Adhere to process level Service Level Agreements.
· Able to work on critical processes which needs dive deep and attention to details.
· Proactive with deliverable and display Ownership.
. Should be able to work with data sets.
Flexible to work in different shifts and weekend working model.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Experience in confidential environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of human resources experience- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
