Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities across construction projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in BIM coordination, 3D modelling, clash detection, multidisciplinary model integration and construction drawing coordination. The role involves coordinating with architectural, structural and MEP teams to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate BIM activities across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.

2. Develop, review and manage 3D BIM models for construction projects.

3. Coordinate multidisciplinary models and identify design clashes.

4. Perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage and prepare clash reports.

5. Coordinate with design engineers, architects, consultants and site execution teams.

6. Review BIM models and ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

7. Manage model updates, revisions and coordination workflows.

8. Ensure proper model integration and information exchange between different disciplines.

9. Prepare coordinated shop drawings, construction drawings and technical documentation.

10. Monitor BIM deliverables and ensure timely submission as per project requirements.

11. Conduct BIM coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.

12. Support construction teams with BIM-based solutions during project execution.

13. Maintain BIM standards, modelling guidelines and project documentation.

14. Ensure model accuracy, data consistency and quality control.

15. Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve design discrepancies and construction conflicts.

Technical Skills Required

• Autodesk Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP.

• Navisworks Manage and Simulate.

• AutoCAD.

• BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.

• Clash Detection and Resolution.

• 3D Modelling and Model Coordination.

• 4D BIM and 5D BIM knowledge.

• BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

• Common Data Environment (CDE).

• LOD (Level of Development) and LOI understanding.

• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.

• MS Office and project coordination tools.

Functional / Project Exposure

Experience in the following areas is preferred:

• Commercial and Residential Building Projects.

• High-Rise Building Construction.

• Airport and Infrastructure Projects.

• Industrial and Institutional Buildings.

• Civil and Structural Works.

• HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Coordination.

• Architectural and Structural Model Integration.

• Construction and Fabrication Drawing Coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in BIM coordination within the construction industry.

• Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.

• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

• Knowledge of clash detection and resolution.

• Ability to independently manage BIM coordination activities.

• Good understanding of construction drawings and engineering design.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to coordinate with design consultants, contractors and project execution teams.
