Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and job fitment

*About the Role*

We are looking for a Service Engineer / Biomedical Engineer based in Hyderabad to support installation, commissioning, maintenance and service of hospital beds and medical equipment at hospitals and rental customer locations across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of hospital beds at customer/hospital locations.

- Coordinate and support delivery, installation and commissioning with the Sales/Operations team.

- Deinstallation and collection of rental beds after rental expiry.

- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of installed equipment.

- Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution.

- Manage maintenance, AMC / CMC requirements of the installed base and Generate Service revenue

- Maintain service reports, installation records and customer service documentation.

- Coordinate spare parts/service requirements with the Service and Operations team.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service Turn around Time(TAT)

- Travel locally and to outstation locations across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh as required.

Education

Diploma / Degree in:

- Mechanical Engineering

- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

Mandatory Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Medical Device / Medical Equipment Service

- Experience in field service and customer-site support is preferred.

- Medical device service experience is mandatory.

Candidate Profile

Age: Preferably 22–30 years

Location: Hyderabad / willing to relocate to Hyderabad

Travel: Local and outstation travel across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh is mandatory

Joining: Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred
