About the role

We're looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to drive REBAX's

on-ground growth in Hyderabad. This is a field-first role: you'll visit builder offices and

project sites, present REBAX, demo the app, and onboard builders onto the platform. If

you enjoy meeting people, closing deals, and being out in the field, this role is built for

you.

What you'll do

• Visit builder offices and project sites to introduce and represent REBAX
• Pitch the REBAX value proposition and deliver live app demos to builders
• Onboard builders onto the REBAX platform end-to-end and ensure smooth activation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and their teams
• Generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into active partners
• Share market feedback from the field with the product and growth teams
• Maintain accurate records of visits, demos, and onboarding progress
