PositionBusiness Development Manager (BDM)
- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client manpower requirements and offer suitable staffing solutions.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closures.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Identify market opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- EligibilityGender: Male
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Business Development within the Manpower, Logistics, or E-commerce industry.
- Age: Up to 40 years.
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
- SalaryUp to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
- Office Timings10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
