Job Description
BDM – Business Development Manager
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Generate admission leads through apartments, communities, corporates, institutions and local outreach.
* Conduct admission drives, parent meets, events and awareness activities.
* Build relationships with parents, communities and local organisations.
* Maintain enquiry and lead data with regular follow-ups.
* Schedule campus visits and coordinate with the admissions team.
* Convert qualified enquiries into admissions.
* Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.
* Maintain daily/weekly admission pipeline reports.
Core Focus
Generate Leads → Parent Connect → Campus Visit → Follow-up → Admission Conversion
Ideal Candidate: Good communication, networking, field-sales skills, confident personality and target-oriented approach.
