This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. The position also includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address organizational goals. The role demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and a commitment to facilitating seamless integration of new systems within the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and document complex business processes.
- Experience in developing detailed process documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in process design and implementation.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards related to system validation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
