Job Description

Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.

Handle Chinese cuisine including Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chilli dishes, Soups, Starters, and Main Course.

Prepare sauces, gravies, marinades, stocks, and other Chinese cooking bases.

Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of all dishes.

Operate wok, Chinese range, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Ensure proper mise en place and timely preparation before service.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

Monitor cooking temperatures and ensure proper cooking of all ingredients.
