Co-teacher

Do you love working with young children and creating joyful learning experiences? We’re looking for a patient, caring, proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support our Mother Teacher in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a safe, organised classroom.

✨ Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Mother Teacher in delivering lessons, storytelling, rhymes and hands-on learning activities.

- Support daily classroom routines, transitions and positive behaviour management.

- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and activity materials as per lesson plans.

- Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times.

- Provide individual attention and support children during learning activities.

- Assist with snack time, handwashing, toileting routines and personal hygiene.

- Facilitate indoor and outdoor play, sensory activities, and fine and gross motor development.

- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organise toys, books and learning resources.

- Observe children's participation and share relevant feedback with the Mother Teacher.

- Follow school policies, child protection procedures and health and safety guidelines.

✨ What We’re Looking For

- A genuine love for working with children aged 2–6 years.

- Patience, warmth, creativity and a positive attitude.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to follow lesson plans and take initiative.

- A responsible, attentive and nurturing approach to children's safety and well-being.

- Relevant qualifications or experience in early childhood education will be an advantage.
