Job Description

Key Responsibilities


•Contact customers to recover outstanding payments.


•Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related queries.


•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.


•Achieve collection targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.



Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.


•1+ year of experience in Collections/Recovery preferred.


•Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
