Job Description
- Data Management: Inputting, updating, and maintaining insurance claims, customer records, and policy details into internal databases.
- System Monitoring: Overseeing daily data processing tasks, ensuring system and hardware efficiency, and fixing minor technical errors.
- Report Generation: Compiling daily or weekly administrative reports and maintaining physical and digital file backups.
