Job Description

Job Title: TOSCA DI Automation Consultant

Role: SAP Test Automation Consultant

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled TOSCA DI Automation Consultant with strong expertise in SAP automation testing and data migration validation. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test cases using Tricentis TOSCA DI to support SAP transformation, migration, and implementation programs. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across SAP and non-SAP applications during business transformations, migrations, upgrades, and ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data testing, SQL, ETL validation, SAP ecosystems, and automated data reconciliation using Tosca DI.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute end-to-end data validation strategies using Tosca DI.
• Develop reconciliation models to compare source and target systems.
• Validate large volumes of transactional and master data during migration and transformation projects.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve testing efficiency and quality.
• Perform data quality assessments and identify data anomalies.
• Establish automated controls to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test cases using the TOSCA DI Testing Automation Framework.
• Perform data migration verification and validation activities using TOSCA automation tools.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and project teams to understand testing requirements and business processes.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing activities.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years of Tosca DI in SAP implementations and migrations
• Validate data across SAP S/4HANA and other SAP products.
• Support SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and testing initiatives.
• Reconcile business-critical data across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain processes.
• Work closely with functional consultants to understand data mappings and transformation rules.
• Hands-on experience in data migration verification and validation using TOSCA Automation tools.
• Hands-on experience in SAP testing across multiple modules including FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, and related modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and testing methodologies.
• Experience in automation strategy, test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced project environment.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with APIs and data integrations.
• Knowledge of data migration validation techniques.

 

 

Project-Specific Requirements:

The TOSCA DI Automation Consultant will be responsible for supporting SAP implementation, migration, and transformation projects with a focus on automated testing and data validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP automation projects, strong exposure to data migration testing activities, and the ability to work across multiple SAP modules. Experience in ensuring quality delivery, meeting project timelines, and collaborating with business and technical teams is essential for this role.
