• ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook continental dishes as per Belloso's recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Follow food safety and storage guidelines.
• Assist in prep work, stock management, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order execution.
• Minimise food wastage and handle ingredients efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years experience in a continental kitchen is preferred.
• Freshers with basic culinary knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, and breakfast dishes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
