Counter Salesperson

We are hiring Counter Salesman/woman for our bakery outlets situated in Hyderabad

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Attend to customers at the counter and understand their requirements.
• Explain bakery products, prices to customers.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely packing and delivery.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Generate bills and provide receipts to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the sales counter and display area.
• Arrange bakery products neatly and attractively in display counters.
• Check product freshness, quality, expiry dates, and display timings.
• Follow FIFO while selling products.
• Monitor stock availability and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
• Ensure proper handling and packing of cakes, pastries, bread, snacks, and other bakery products.
• Promote new products, special offers, combo deals, and seasonal items.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, wastage and damaged products.
• Handle customer complaints politely
• Maintain proper personal grooming, uniform, and hygiene standards.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures while handling food products.
• Support daily opening and closing activities of the outlet.
