CRM – REVENUE GROWTH MANAGER


AuctionBazaar.com is looking for a CRM professional who can transform our existing customer database into a strong revenue-generating channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and segment the existing customer database.
  • Engage customers through WhatsApp, Email Marketing and CRM campaigns.
  • Reactivate inactive customers and generate new enquiries.
  • Create targeted customer engagement and follow-up campaigns.
  • Manage CRM tools, customer journeys and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert customer engagement into leads, auction participation and revenue.
  • Track CRM metrics, conversions and campaign ROI.

Eligibility

  • Qualification: UG / PG
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in CRM – Mandatory
  • Freshers: Candidates with strong knowledge of CRM tools may apply.
  • Languages: Hindi, English & Telugu
  • Location: Hyderabad

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
  • Performance-Linked Incentive: ₹1,00,000+ per annum
  • Provident Fund (PF)

  • Salary and incentive will be based on experience, performance and proficiency in CRM tools.
