Position OverviewWe are looking for experienced professionals to join our Hi-Tech Non-Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer/client requests through email, chat, tickets, and other written communication channels, while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely resolution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and service requests through email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Understand and resolve customer issues related to Hi-Tech products/services.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions within defined timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and case details.
• Follow established SOPs, quality guidelines, and process requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution whenever required.
• Ensure timely closure and follow-up of assigned cases.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a non-voice, email, chat, technical support, back-office, or similar process.
• Experience in the Hi-Tech/Technology domain will be preferred.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Good typing speed with strong accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, email, and internet applications.
• Ability to understand technical information and provide clear written responses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
