Customer Relationship Manager – Real Estate

Hyderabad | Full-Time | 3–5 Years Experience

About Myron Homes Pvt. Ltd.

We are a fast-growing real estate company specializing in premium plotted developments and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to strengthen client relationships, ensure timely follow-ups, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Act as primary contact for queries, concerns, and complaints
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and communication history
  • Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback
  • Support retention, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce
  • 3–5 years of CRM experience (real estate preferred)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and reporting abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office
  • Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred
