Marketing Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team at Myron Homes Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, presentation, communication, and customer-handling skills, with the ability to generate leads and convert prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and sales channels.

• Conduct professional project and property presentations to prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.

• Conduct client meetings and coordinate site visits.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into bookings.

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate project information.

• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.

• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM system.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare regular sales and marketing activity reports.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience specifically as a Marketing Executive.

• Real estate experience will be preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong sales, convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Good lead generation and follow-up abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• English, Telugu, and Hindi communication skills preferred.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
