Job Description: Forex Card Sales / Customer Relationship ExecutiveAbout the RoleNiyo is hiring for a Forex Card Sales / Customer Relationship Executive role. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Niyo’s international and zero-forex card products, acquiring new customers, and maintaining customer relationships.

Niyo’s international cards are designed for customers travelling abroad and can be used in 180+ countries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesExplain and promote Forex and International Card products to potential customers.
• Acquire new customers through direct sales and field sales activities.
• Visit corporate clients and potential customers to generate business opportunities.
• Understand customers’ international travel requirements and recommend suitable card products.
• Follow up regularly with leads and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Generate business opportunities through corporate clients and fintech companies.
• Maintain daily sales activity reports and customer follow-up records.
• Assist customers with the KYC process and required documentation.

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome.
• Experience in sales, banking, fintech, credit cards, forex, or financial products will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel for field sales and corporate client visits.
• Minimum CIBIL score: 700.
